Proof Positive returns after 3 years.

Pete Wareham is one of the most exciting and influential saxophonists currently working. Founder of Melt Yourself Down and Acoustic Ladyland, and member of Polar Bear and F-IRE Collective, he is a pioneering composer, and musical rethinker, integrating punk rock, electronic approaches, and Algerian rhythms with jazz and improvisation.

Adam Betts is one of the foremost exponents of drums and electronics out there. Whether under his solo alias as Colossal Squid, or drumming in Three Trapped Tigers, or working with artists as diverse as Squarepusher, Jarvis Cocker, and Goldie, his combination of energy, technique and live triggering/processing is unmistakeable. Betts is a long-time friend of Proof Positive and it’s a pleasure to relaunch with his contribution.

Tom Rogerson is the founder of Three Trapped Tigers and Proof Positive, and plays piano and keyboards. His most recent album was a collaboration with Brian Eno.

We’re in the usual place – Servant Jazz Quarters, Dalston from 8pm.
